PRIVACY AGREEMENT

the BusinessFamily coach (TBFC)

We acknowledge that the BusinessFamily coach (“TBFC”) and François Paquette will provide us with business and family coaching services, including discovery, visioning and strategic planning services.

We understand that, in order to provide these services, TBFC will collect personal information about us. This may include sensitive information, such as health information or details of professional memberships, where relevant to the services being provided.

We confirm that:

  • We have read and understood TBFC’s Privacy Policy.

  • We consent to the collection, use and disclosure of our personal information in accordance with that Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • We consent to the collection of sensitive information where reasonably necessary for the provision of the services requested.

  • We consent to the disclosure of our personal and sensitive information to:

    • Service providers engaged by TBFC (including administrative, IT, marketing and postal service providers);

    • Professional advisers or specialists (such as accountants, lawyers, financial advisers or other consultants) where required to implement elements of any strategy developed for us.

Where we provide personal information about another individual (including a partner, dependent, employee, employer, adviser or other associate), we confirm that:

  • We have informed that individual that their personal information has been provided to TBFC.

  • We have provided them with TBFC’s contact details.

  • We have informed them of the purpose for which their information is being collected.

  • Where sensitive information is provided, we have obtained their consent to its collection.

This consent remains valid unless withdrawn in writing.

TBFC provides business and family coaching services, including strategic planning, succession planning and visioning support.

We are not licensed financial advisers and do not provide regulated financial product advice or sell financial products. Where appropriate, we may refer clients to qualified professionals to implement strategies developed during coaching.
